Formation of DevPill, LLC. in Delaware

Because we're so keen on shaping the crypto industry as more than a scam-filled "huh, crypto? sketchy...you're ruining the family reunion" place—we're formally registering an LLC. in Delaware and sharing the operating agreement publicly.

  • Ties DevPill to its promises

  • Ensures we can legally earn income, e.g. for eventual airdrops (which is not a promise but in case we deem it good for the community)

  • Enables us to do much more, much quicker such as writing formal contracts for eventual partnerships with Web3 platforms

Thirty days after ICO

By now we aim to have done a few things:

  • Hired more animators, good programmers, graphic designers, and general Web3 staff to ensure we

  1. Reinvest back into the space

  2. Have a solid foundation to grow our ecosystem

  • Gotten ~ 3 major listings on CoinMarketCap.com, CoinGecko, and at least being considered by one major CEX

  • Won lots of feedback from beta testers of our DevPill Cloud application
