Story

With the increase of developers on platforms like Pump, but lack of traders (and their money required for a real working ecosystem) we went and did our research.

We asked ourselves these questions:

  • What's causing the increase of developers + how do we confirm it

  • How do we increase good narratives, decrease so-called 'slop'

  • How do we raise the bar for real tokens to stand out and turn good ideas to great execution?

From these questions, DevPill was born.

What is DevPill?

A platform with the aim to increase the amount of real, useful developers and decrease the amount of extracting so-called 'devs'.

To do this, we've developed a toolbox of apps, mini-apps, and even micro 'hey that's useful!' features, and are advertising it as the DevPill App.

Why should I care as a dev?

If you've developed tokens before, as we have, you're familiar with the same hurdles as we are:

  1. Lack of talent to execute with (think good KOLs, good programmers/coders, clippers, etc.)

  2. Lack of real people (not Grok 4) supporting you when you're just not sure about something

  3. Lack of volume or no money for the initial dev buy/bundle (e.g. the requirement for the new Pump.fun Hackathon is a 10% holding)

This is how we tackle each issue:

Free 1 SOL Launchpad

Get access to up to one Solana, all yours¹

¹to reduce the amount of malicious requests and to cover fees, we're logically incurring 0.05 SOL/launch.

All these solutions are part of our DevPill App & app-ecosystem. However, there are certain solutions solely provided through getting in contact with us directly. These are meant to benefit the more aspiring and often subsequently more resource-demanding. What are they?

  1. Get funded for massive projects in exchange for 'shares²', or another type of agreement

  2. Get advised by a few of the biggest developers on Solana (we're the middleman to this)³

  3. Get access to our team of real (massive GitHub presence, real LinkedIn profiles, etc.) Web3 professionals we currently have, or we're hiring in the upcoming 30 days

²Shares are a pretty simple concept. Whatever you'll be earning from we'll take an agreed upon percentage of that. There's other deals to be made though, if you're a bit greedy—which can at times be a good thing.

³DevPill has direct access to these people, and we'll be functioning as a barrier between them and people who are serious about their endeavors—think a broker for Blockchain & even meme coin advisors.

Why should I care as a trader?

This hardly is a question if you take 30 seconds to think about it. To prove that, why don't you guess the answers to these questions, and expand each accordion to see if you were right?

chevron-rightWhat effect will an increase of good developers have on the ecosystem?hashtag

According to our research, the majority of developers fail, and it results in

  • spam in New Pairs,

  • bonded tokens that eventually fail or stay stagnant and die,

  • or in general an excess of boring destined-to-zero narratives

To reduce these types of charts or stories, and ensure success stories are more prevalent on the Solana blockchain, (which, as much as we all hate it, is unanimously known for rugs) an increase of good developers would mean we're

  1. increasing good coins

  2. which raises the bar of development (i.e. people won't buy dumb coins as quickly)

  3. which increases volume, as people slowly regain trust in developers & more money stays in the ecosystem as it's not extracted by ruggers or farmers

Did you come to the same conclusion?

chevron-rightWhat if DevPill succeeds at this?hashtag

If DevPill specifically succeeds at this, we'll be reinvesting into the space massively. To promise we're not going to extract unlike other platforms (not throwing out names—but you know who you are) we're going to draft a detailed operating agreement and list ourselves as DevPill LLC in Delaware to become legally obliged to this within the coming few weeks.

Example of 'reinvesting' includes:

  • Keeping all our profits strictly in Solana & sell only in obvious bull markets

  • Hiring Web3 talent, and paying good wages (which, seeing as even currently multi-billion dollar valuation companies prefer paying cheap third world countries to get a 'discount', we're probably going to be in the top 3 of good employers on Solana—which really isn't that hard)

  • Reinvesting our energy and effort into improving and brightening the ecosystem up for new capital to flow in comfortably

The simplified summary is, we all want better coins because we hate scams (or destined to die coins) and entities extracting Solana when she's at her most fragile.

Why should I care as an investor?

To persuade you, if it's not yet clear how competent we are (by considering the execution of our project - the very documentation you're reading, Keynote-structure, and serious promises laid out to our investors) we're going to...nothing, really.

In truth, we're awaiting the launch of our Grindooor-app which really we intend to be more of an example (while we're waiting on winning some feedback from beta testers of the DevPill App Cloud before releasing it - request accessarrow-up-right).

Then we'll tie the Grindooor-app as a gamified feature of the "Find your co-dev"-utility. Meaning, our goal is to match skill sets together, and Grindooor is a fun way for people to do exactly that!

Find your co-devchevron-right

As you can see, we enjoy and value gamification, but still understand the importance of strict laid out structures, and entertainment (if you've watched Keynote One, you'll understand what we're talking about).

What's next for us?

There's a very clear schedule for the next 30 daysarrow-up-right, but honestly, after that, we're not really sure.

Aside from reinvesting app revenue (using this logarithmic equation), we're aiming to improve the application and find a way to position ourselves as more than a temporary max 5m ATH > 15k "we still believe!" CTO community (which even good projects like these can often become). That's really honest.

The reason behind not immediately drafting a roadmap years ahead, regardless of the thought we've put into all of this, is — Web3 as a whole is still so hasty in advancing and we're uncertain what precisely tomorrow will bring us.

Will we launch more apps? Will we work with KOLs? Will we partner with other platforms?

It's so hard to answer those things today. Is it 'fair' to say we're going to be listed on a major CEX within the next 90 days?

Experienced traders recognize the ChatGPT roadmap

"Yeah guys, at 100m we get tweeted by Elon! 🚀🔥"

he says streaming on a coin that's 15 days old with a 6.2k ATH, of which all buyers were bots and the whole chat are scammers asking for Telegram.

But you can count on one thing:

Whether we turn to 'a tokenized penny stock', or grow even quicker than expected—we're prepared.
